| Membership Info |
Getting a membership to Waterloo Video is as easy as providing us with two forms of identification. A picture ID is required for all accounts and then serves as your membership card for future rentals. Almost any official ID will work, including student IDs as long as they have a photo.
As a second form of identification, a major credit card is preferred. With an account of this type, we require no membership fee and any number of secondary members can be added and, as long as they have a picture ID, are allowed to rent independently of the primary member. Please remember, however, that an account's primary member is responsible for all fees incurred by secondary members.
Don't have a major credit card? Don't worry. Provide us with some type of official document (utility bill or car insurance, for example) printed with your current name and address and pay a one time $5 membership fee and you're set. An account of this type shares most of the same benefits as a normal account, but secondary members are not allowed. |

| Rental Policies |
A picture ID is required for all rentals and serves as your membership card.
We have a limit of six rental items (VHS or DVD) per person.
Two night rentals are due by 6PM on the second day after rental.
Five night rentals are due by 6PM on the fifth day after rental.
New release titles are 2 night rentals
Tuesday-Sunday: $3.50, Monday: $2.50
All DVD catalog titles are 5 night rentals
Wednesday-Monday: $3.00, Tuesday: $2.00
Wednesday: 2 for 1 catalog DVD rentals
Thursday: music and children's DVD rentals are $1.00
All VHS catalog titles are 5 night rentals – $2.00 every day!
All music and children's VHS titles are always $1
Late fees are $2.00 per day on all new release titles.
Late fees are $1.00 on all catalog titles. |
